Getting to know chef Martínez

 

Martínez is a Venezuelan chef and entrepreneur with an extensive experience in American, French, Spanish, Italian and South American cuisines. He enjoys cooking and finds fascinating how food can bring people together. Bringing people together is a gesture of love, an incredible force that make miracles in people's lives. 

 

When people ask Chef Martínez what he does for a living, he always tells them:

 

"I bring peacefulness, enjoyment and happiness to couples, families, children and friends by providing restaurant experiences at their own homes.

 

I consider myself an entertainer chef. I love people and have found a way to transmit that love through cooking, that is what makes my food so special.

 

When I left Venezuela, not even in my wildest dreams did I think I would be cooking for a living. As I was searching for my purpose in life after many years of fun and immaturity, I found myself cooking, discovering and tasting ingredients that I never saw or tasted before, and making people happy through my food. That was the moment when I said to myself -This is it , I found my path. If this is what I am going to do as my career, I better do it well"
