FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)
1- How does your service work?
Most services are carried out in your home, or event site. We bring all of the food, necessary items (plates, utensils, napkins, and pots & pans), printed menus and clean up service.
2- Are there set menus, or do I get to make my own?
We will work together to customize the best menu for you and your guests. We offer American and International cuisine dishes prepared with local fresh ingredients.The only set menus we offer are for specific events, such as the Super Club.
3- Are you a caterer?
I am a private chef who may provide catering services. My team and I would come to your home, or event location; prepare and set up your food. I do have wait staffs and bartenders to serve you, should you need these services.
4- If I don't want to have the event in my home, do you know of any local event spaces?
I have a list of event spaces and resources that I am constantly updating, we may set it up together.
5- Do you provide wine or alcohol?
We are happy to provide wine pairings to compliment your meal. I do also now offer Personal Wine Services to help you find the best wines for your tastes.
6- What geographic areas do you serve?
Services are offered in Katy-Texas and anywhere within 20 miles from Katy. For a reasonable travel fee, I am willing to go anywhere by car, boat, or plane to provide Catering Services.
7- What is your payment policy?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for most services to reserve your date. The balance is due a day before the service.
8- What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is accepted by cash, check or credit card. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted.
